We are a dynamic boutique digital marketing agency based in Camberwell. We are dedicated to delivering impactful, creative, and data-driven marketing solutions through impactful and results-driven strategies, including video and photography content creation, social media management, and website design. We partner with a diverse range of clients to elevate their brands through customised strategies.
THE ROLE
As a Content Creator at Call Me Jack you will be at the forefront of producing innovative content that resonates with various audiences. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that tell compelling stories and drive engagement. You will take the lead on everything content, driving the shoot schedule, pitching new ideas, recruiting talent and making sure we are hitting all the latest trends across TikTok and Instagram so we can engage and grow our client’s audience.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Create and deliver engaging original content for social media marketing activities utilising photography, videography, and graphic design
- Shooting and editing videos with the end result in mind (Shoot to Edit)
- Editing is done both in Premiere Pro as well as using more ‘on the fly’ apps such as Capcut or in-platform
- Develop storyboards, shoot production schedules and oversee content production for more long-form content
- Edit together engaging video content from a range of raw footage delivered weekly from collaborators
- Manage your weekly production schedule to include a range of content themes that drive our brand values and hit KPIs
- Manage the scheduling of all content and monitor the analytics to gauge content success
- Stay updated on emerging digital and social media trends, identifying fresh content ideas and opportunities.
- Work closely with the wider team on content strategy development, from pitching ideas through to execution and implementation
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in videography, editing and social media content creation is a must
- Adobe Premiere skills are highly desirable
- An eye for good aesthetics, lighting, shot composition and use of colour and graphics
- Experience in developing social media content across channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin and YouTube
- Experience working with social calendars, scheduling and analytics tools
- Ability to follow and execute briefs, and happy working both independently and collaboratively to achieve goals and targets
- Ability to meet quick turnaround times, prioritise projects and communicate progress with management
- A self-starter and comfortable with using current and emerging digital technology
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Given the nature of the industry – encompassing events, launches, filming/shooting etc - after hours and weekend work will be part of the role from time to time
- This role requires you to apply for and maintain a Working With Children Check
